Mango Fish

I didn't realize how easy it is to cook thai style mango fish until today... just get any fresh firm fleshed fish which is marinated in salt and pepper... coat it with cornflour and deep fry...

For the mango sauce/salad... just slice up some green mango and some bird's eye chilli. Put in a mixing bowl. Drizzle lime juice, sugar and fish sauce onto the mango and toss... place it on the fish just before serving... yum!
