Thailand Day 1
I took a short weekend trip to the Land Of Smiles a few days ago. It's been 7 years since I was last in Bangkok.
As it was late afternoon when I arrived, I didn't manage to do much except for check into my hotel in Sukhumvit and walked around that area.
Anyway, I was hungry for dinner and I went to a restaurant across the road called Rosabieng. They had an open air area for dining and a very cool jazz band playing. As it was the King's 80th birthday, the city was unified in its effort to show support by putting up signages signifying this celebration.

Tucked into green curry fishballs and this superb tomyam like soup with crispy dried catfish in it... superb!
