Kumkat... such sweet nectar!
Bought a big bottle of the yummy kumkat from the Teochew House Of Fishball (you can now find branches in SS15, Sea Park and DU) for RM25. I had been enamoured of their version for a while now because it balances the sweet and sour elements of the preserved lime and the sour plum very very well. Damn refreshing on a hot Sunday afternoon.

Balls of goodness swimming in syrup.

Enjoy the fact that the preserved limes are stuffed with sour plums... so don't forget to chomp down on them once you finish the drink.

Chuck it into some water and ice cubes for a wonderfully refreshing, appetizing and addictive drink. Don't forget to add a few spoonfuls of the syrup. I had 3 glasses this afternoon!
